SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING DATE

The estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days from the date of the corresponding order confirmation email, depending on the shipping address.

Periods of high traffic may affect the shipping time.  

Orders are delivered on weekdays, except for holidays. No deliveries are made on weekends.

SHIPPING COST

All orders are subject to shipping charges.

Delivery to your residence or an alternative address:  Shipping costs are 3€—free shipping for orders over 50€.

Please take some time to read the instructions on returns carefully.   

HOW DO I RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM?

Product returns can be made after contacting the store at support@electrohares.gr within 10 days.  Both the product and its packaging should be in excellent condition.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you incur return shipping expenses.  If the fault is in anyway ours, e.g. you received a wrong or defective product, then we will pay for the return shipping.  The cost of a cash-on-delivery service is non-refundable.

CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASED ITEM MYSELF?  IS THAT POSSIBLE?

You can return a purchased item yourself to our natural store. Shipping and cash-on-delivery expenses are non-refundable. 

REFUND  

Refunds are given within 20 days from the date we receive back the returned item.  The refund will be deposited into the account you will provide.  Attention! Shipping, return and cash-on-delivery expenses WILL NOT be included in the refund.
