The website electrohares.gr includes the online presence of the physical store under the name of HARES EL. MICHALIS (VAT NUMBER:  113475243 Revenue Office:  KALAMARIA) You will find us at the corner of Macedonia & Vrioulon st. in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. The creation of our e-shop marks a new beginning in our store’s communication with the customers. It is designed for users who wish to be instantly informed about our products and make purchases through remote ordering.

It’s important for us to keep all of our clients well-informed. That is why we wish to share the following information.  

A. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 

All personal information we receive from you when you place an order or make a payment is exclusively used to process that order and deliver the requested goods and services. Whenever you place an order, pay, return a product or apply for a financial service, we use your personal data to verify your identity.

We never transmit, sell or exchange your personal information to third parties, except as expressly stated herein.

B.  SECURITY  

English: All card payments are processed through Eurobank’s electronic payment platform, which uses a TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding information until it reaches its recipient, who can decode it using an appropriate key.

C.  COOKIES 

If you leave a comment on our site, you can opt to have your name, email address and website saved in cookies.  These options are for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. Cookies last for one year.

If you have an account and log in to the site, we will create a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. That cookie contains no personal information and will be deleted once you close your browser.

When you log in, we will create several cookies to store your login information and screen options.  Login cookies last for two days and screen options cookies last for one year.  If you select “Remember me”, your login will remain for two weeks.  If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or post an article, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser.  This cookie does not include any personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited.  It expires after 1 day.

D. MARKETABLE ITEMS – AVAILABILITY – CHARACTERISTICS

The products available for sale, their characteristics, prices and available stock can be found at electrohares.gr and are accessible to everyone. Users can search for more information on any product by clicking on the product icon. A 24% Value Added Tax is included in the prices listed in the relevant catalogues below.

E. ORDERS AND CUSTOMER PROTECTION

Orders placed through the e-shop constitute distance sales contracts governed by the legal framework of L. 2251/1994 (as currently in force) and the amendments referred to in THE 131/2003 Decree (Government Gazette A’ 116/16.05.2003).

The user has the right to conclude a valid order through the e-shop, provided that he/she is legally competent to act per the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided that he/she has reached the age of eighteen and is not under legal representation regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. Electrohares.gr reserves the right to claim the return of any orders placed by legally incompetent persons from the supervisor or guardian.

We reserve the right to change/return product(s) with one of a different size or colour, or with another product within 20 calendar days from the day of receipt of the parcel sent by you if it meets the necessary requirements.

F. CUSTOMER RIGHTS

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After the aforementioned time, the cancellation cannot be accepted.

G. MISCELLANEOUS  

  • Force Majeure:  If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by e-mail, thus enabling you to notify us if you still wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order.  Our store is not responsible for any situation beyond its control and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
  • Modification of the terms and conditions herein: We reserve the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.  In addition, the company undertakes to update this document following any changes or additions to the terms.
  • Product availability: Each product shown is deemed available unless otherwise stated. In the event of a product not being available but appearing as such on our website—due to simultaneous purchases by several users or a technical error—the Company reserves the right to offer the user another equivalent product, pointing out any differences with the originally selected one.  In this case, the user reserves the right to cancel the order without compensation.  If the user does not cancel the order but proceeds to receive the product, he or she reserves the right to return the product in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt, accompanied by the documents issued, without incurring return costs.
